Course Objective:
The aim of the course is to train new staff / existing staff to Demonstrate the Service Vision. On completion of this unit, the learner will have Demonstrate the Service Vision skills and knowledge.
Course Content:
– Organisational’s vision, mission and values
– Organisational’s code of conduct in service delivery
– Methods to demonstrate service delivery in line with the Organisational’s vision, mission and values
– Role one plays in contributing to the Organisational’s vision, mission and values
– Significance and impact that one has on the Organisational’s service value chain and service standards
– Methods to monitor own performance
– Demonstrate service delivery in accordance with the Organisational’s vision, mission and values
– Recognise the significance and impact that one has on the Organisational’s service value chain and service standards
– Suggest ways to improve service delivery that may value-add to the Organisational’s service value chain and increase service standards
– Adhere to Organisational’s professional code of conduct in service delivery
– Monitor own performance to ensure consistency with the Organisational’s vision, mission and values
