Upon completion of this unit, the participant will have the knowledge and application skills in providing safety and security for customers.
- CE 1: Following safety and security practices
- CE 2: Responding to emergencies
- CE 3: Providing lost-and-found services
- CE 4: Protecting the privacy of customers
This course is a 12 hours program that has a strong emphasis on group discussion and active classroom participation during the training.
This course covers the skills and knowledge to provide safety and security for customers in response to emergencies and follow safety and security practices.
