Maintain Food & Beverage Service Environment
The aim of the course is to provide knowledge on the process and procedures in Maintain Food and Beverage Service Environment for the operational employee of the Food & Beverage Service industries.
On completion of this unit, the participant will have knowledge and application skills in a clearing, wiping, and resetting tables. They will be able to conscientiously apply, maintain and monitor their food service environment in compliance with the National Environment Agencyâ??s Food Hygiene and Safety, MOM workplace as well as abiding with organizational procedures.
